The Sixteenth annual Art in Autumn Outdoor Arts and Crafts Festival takes place Saturday, September 16, 2023, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Main Street in Downtown Weaverville, North Carolina, located in Buncombe county 7 miles from downtown Asheville. Sponsored by the Weaverville Business Association, the festival features 114 juried artists and craftspeople and live music. In recent years, Weaverville has established itself as a culturally rich destination point, with its now well-established street festival each September. It has earned a reputation for its quaint atmosphere, artistic spirit, and distinctive shops and restaurants.
